We ship worldwide. Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days from the order date, excluding weekends, for all rates of shipping (First Class, Priority, and Express).

Please note that MAKOLO BLACC is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. MAKOLO BLACC does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, packages stating delivered by incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

All orders are shipped from the uk. Makolo Blacc are in no way involved in the request of any customs charges or taxes when your order reaches your destination country. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
